2019-nCoV Antigen Test

Product  Introduction:

The “Wondfo Information 2019-nCoV Antigen Rapid Test” is an in vitro immunochromatographic assay for qualitative detection of nucleocapsid protein antigen of the 2019-nCoV virus in nasopharyngeal (NP)/oropharyngeal (OP) specimens directly or after the swabs have been added to viral transport media from individuals who are suspected of 2019-nCoV by their health care provider.

It is intended to aid in the rapid diagnosis of 2019-nCoV infections.

Product Description:

1.Components:The reagent consists of a test card, a sample extract, a sample extract tube and a dropper.

2. Test card: Test card is composed of test strip and plastic box; The test strip consists of nitrocellulose film, sample pad, bonding pad, absorbent paper, PVC board and other support materials; Contains 2019-NCOV labeled antibody (mouse, monoclonal antibody), 2019-NCOV coated antibody (mouse, monoclonal antibody), sheep anti-mouse IgG polyclonal antibody.

3. Sample extract: TRIS-HCL, Tween-20, purified water, etc.

4.Storage Conditions and Expiry date：The product is stored at 2℃ ~ 30℃ and valid for 24 months.

The test card should be used as soon as possible within 1 hour after the foil bag is unsealed. Sample extract should be covered immediately after use, and placed in a cool place, please use within the validity period. After opening the bottle, screw the lid tightly. The validity period is 24 months.
